I have had the privilege to know many nurses across my career which goes back to 1978. During those 35 years I cannot think of anyone who matches the generous spirit that Ms. Wanda Culberson brings with her to work every day. Mrs. Culberson is always even tempered. She addresses the needs of patients and families immediately upon request, regardless of how busy her day may be. You can tell that her passion is patient care. She is consistently recognized during daily rounding as an outstanding and compassionate nurse. The quality care she provides to our patients are unmatched. Upon patient discharge, they verbalize Wanda as being their favorite nurse. Wanda is generous with her time to mentor new nurses. Staff and doctors recognize her as outstanding. We are lucky to have her in the rehab unit. Her compassionate care is unmatched.
