After Miss Wanpen's quarantine, she returned to work with passion and dedication. She was resolute to solve any and all instances to unite the working team under one vision and alignment.
Since the COVID-19 events, I saw the dedication, sacrifice, and readiness in continuous treatment in the changing healthcare landscape regarding sanitary and infection control between hospital staff and visiting patients. The changes were implemented in successive phases according to the Department of Infection Control under the Healthcare Department. The changes were to prevent COVID-19 spread. Miss Wanpen is the leader who never forsakes her teams and is in constant contact with relevant departments both in and outside of the hospital. She would coordinate with teams of doctors, other departments, and other supporting officers in managing patient care. She also assisted in facilitating premises, medical equipment to be ready for the health screening and preparation in COVID-19 suspected cases. Miss Wanpen is the leader overseeing this patient care group of nurses and staff. She was put in isolation, away from her family, due to her exposure to suspected cases. However, Miss Wanpen was never daunted. After her quarantine, she returned to work with passion and dedication. She was resolute to solve any and all instances to unite the working team under one vision and alignment. She was prepared to adjust treatment and precautions on a daily basis according to the internal and international policies. This includes knowledge sharing of managing at-risk patients and new working practices for the safety of everyone involved to face adversity without fears and a commitment to persevere in the face of the struggle without any team member being affected by COVID-19.
