He listens to his patients. I am an “ex” IV user, been clean for 12 years. Instead of telling me where he was going to poke, he asked me, and we worked together, and we got it done. Great bedside manner. Very patient with me. He was kind and thoughtful. He made me feel safe and had the confidence to back it up. Give this wonderful man an award, Wayne deserves it.
