A discharged patient called Nursing Administration on the 13th of December to nominate Wayne Wilburn of interventional radiology. She stated that she has been in health care for years as a nurse/educator and was very much impressed with the professionalism and quality that Wayne demonstrated during her procedure. She said that she had been struggling with anxiety before having the procedure but was comforted by Wayne's bedside manner. She stated that Wayne explained in detail the procedure, what she would feel, and how long it would take as well as making her feel comfortable while unrobed. She said she was so impressed with the entire visit.
