Wedad easily connected to me and to my wife by listening to "our Story” and concerns. She immediately checked my chart and followed up with PT. Within the hour, someone was here from OT, sitting me by the side of the bed and standing for the first time in a week. Wedad also ordered a bedside toilet, and it arrived within the hour. Wedad was compassionate in communicating and advocating for my needs. We connected immediately on a professional and personal level. She earned our trust and respect, and she also monitored wound care in bed.
