I would like to say thank you to Nurse Wei for his professionalism and informative mannerism that he displayed when I arrived. He right away did his duties expeditiously and effectively which made my mood better after spending 12 hours in the ER and not eating for 8 hours. He made a difference in my hospital stay. He was kind and so courteous and explained medication.
