Wei was sensitive to my needs while encouraging me beyond my comfort zone. She also has a wonderful and playful personality which I and my family appreciate. Wei always included my family in my care conversations and made sure we were all understanding and knowing the next steps made my experience a positive and memorable one. Wei models a positive demeanor not only to her fellow associates but also to the patient and their families. Watching her interact with other nurses is where she shines in demonstrating her commitment to excellence in nursing and patient care.
