WeiLi has been a positive face during my 8 day stay, she shares smiles, laughs, and optimism. She's willing to listen and shows empathy at tough times. She is kind and understanding. She really listens when I talk about my life. Her attentiveness and nursing skills are fantastic but it's definitely her positive attitude and compassionate bedside manner that makes her the best nurse I've ever had! She is a complete professional but shows the kindness and inspiration one would show a friend. She's an incredible asset to her unit!
