Clinical Nurse Wen-Hsuan has worked at the Dialysis Center for many years. Apart from providing professional nursing care, she is able to better understand the requirements of individual patients and thus provide tailored nursing solutions suitable to their respective needs. Wen-Hsuan also helps individual patients and their family members to make "Self-Care Guidance" plans, which improves patients' willingness to accept treatment as well as current conditions.
