Wendy Ackerman, RN

When I arrived, she was training but quickly moved into the nursing role. She is caring, compassionate, and a great listener. She offered encouragement and was patient and kind when I was learning to change my own leg dressing and put my boot on and off. It has been a personal and emotional journey for me to give up control and allow others to help. She was always willing to listen and offer great advice/confirmation that my feelings were valid. I appreciate her as one of the best nurses I have worked with in my stay here.
