Wendy is the type of nurse whom I strive to be like. She is someone whom I can always go to for help. Her skills and knowledge are exceptional. She always takes everything in stride with a calm and controlled demeanor. I always know that Wendy would never ask of me to do anything that she isn't capable of doing. She is fair, kind, funny, supportive, helpful and enjoyable to be around. I always enjoy getting to work with her. If I struggle with anything, I know Wendy has my back and will do it without complaining. I feel supported by her in everything I do and can't imagine doing this job without her!
