Although Dr. Cole has been with us for less than a year, her impact has been nothing short of monumental. She dove right in, independently identifying projects that have truly made Memphis shine. Dr. Cole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, which she shares generously, elevating the entire team. One of her many achievements includes securing Memphis as a pilot site for testing the new VAAES behavioral restraint note. Not only did she spearhead this initiative, but she also went above and beyond by thoroughly researching and updating the restraint policy to ensure best practices.

Dr. Cole has taken the lead in creating the training for the new note, ensuring smooth adoption, and even took the initiative to revise the non-behavioral restraint note in CPRS, further enhancing documentation standards. Dr. Cole is a joy to work with; her dedication, innovation, and leadership inspire us to reach our full potential and collaborate more effectively.
