Wendy is such an Extraordinary Nurse! She has always been a leader for our team and goes above and beyond for every nurse and patient working that day. Wendy strives for continued improvement by attending weekly hospital meetings and updates our team. She is such a positive person and brings joy to those around her whenever possible. Wendy always helps others when asked and stays late to provide a helping hand when necessary. When I think about who I look up to as an example of a skillful and compassionate nurse, it's Wendy! She truly deserves to be honored!
