Yesterday my baby was having increased labs and needed to be in the lights. We wanted to put the baby in the nursery but were scared someone would give the baby a pacifier or not notice when the eye protection was out of place. We shared our concerns with Wendy. In order for me to have some rest, she personally sat in the nursery and watched my baby. She kept us informed and at peace. Also, her smile calmed me as she helped me with breastfeeding. Her smile and calmness often boosted me. Wendy is awesome!

Wendy gave us a lot of information and was willing to help us understand. She was always smiling. Our baby needed some extra care and she, along with the breastfeeding consultant, made sure my wife's milk supply increased. This helped our baby's condition improve and we were able to be discharged sooner than expected. Wendy is perfect.
