Wendy was empathetic, educative, communicative, precise, and filled with enthusiasm from the start to finish of her shift. Her attention to detail was above and beyond. What sets her apart was not only her attention to the patient but also her caretaking from quenching my thirst to working as a team for the best patient results. She was patient with each question and concern. She went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Brought a smile to our faces upon sight. A ray of sunshine in a challenging time. Was considerate of our situation; to the difficult time at hand, still providing conscious and effective care. Of all of the patients she had to take care of per shift each encounter made us feel like we had VIP care. She left no request or concern unaddressed. Made us feel safe & secure. We were in good hands in her care. She has left an impact upon meeting her that will remain far beyond this encounter. This profession needs more of her quality.
