My wife and I wanted to comment about the care we received from one of your home health nurses, Wendy Gray. Wendy attended to my wife on two different occasions and at all times provided her with quality care. Over a period of time, we've both gotten to know her and really appreciate the way she interacted with us. If we needed medical supplies, she would get them. She was flexible if we had to change visit times. If Wendy could not do the visit, she coordinated to make sure another nurse was there in her place.

When Wendy came to the house, she was always cheerful and enjoyable to talk with. She listened to our concerns and questions and always provided a good answer. She talked with us, not at us, which was perfect. Watching her treat the wound my wife had was confidence-building. She established a rapport with my wife and was also gentle and concerned about any pain that existed. We could not have asked for any more than she gave willingly. We have a daughter who is also a nurse, so we are familiar with some of the stresses nurses endure.

We miss her coming by as she was pivotal in providing us with outside conversation during this coronavirus epidemic. That was as important as working on the wound. Thank you, Wendy, and know that we think of you often.
