Wendy Herrington listened and showed great compassion when my father-in-law was anxious and needed help. She was not only attentive, but also responded by getting him a better room with more space.
She sat by his side at night and communicated regularly with the family. She answered all of our requests and took a personal interest in making sure he had everything he needed.
