I was a patient in your hospital for some minor surgery. I must tell you what a great staff you have working in the surgery pre-op department. After spending the last 15 months living through cancer care for my husband, I was pretty worn-out. He is now cancer-free, and we are ready to get back to normal. But now it seems it's my turn to go down the cancer path. That one hour I spent with some great employees before my surgery was the best time I had in a long time. We were 20 minutes early but Wendy took me right in and got me ready. She made me feel as if I didn’t have a worry in the world. What was even more fun was remembering her being on our girls’ softball team as a child. She was one of the best players on our team and seems to have continued to be one of the best at Banner. All of the staff was friendly and very professional on my behalf. Since they made my day, I thought this good news would help make your day, too.
