Nurse Wendy was both compassionate and highly professional from the moment she introduced herself after my abdominal surgery. I appreciate that she was careful to always follow protocols. Nurse Wendy was both kind and careful - these qualities made me feel much more comfortable and trusting of the care I received. She was always gentle and patient with my questions and eager to meet my needs. She was highly responsive and encouraging to me. All of this contributed a great deal to my very speedy recovery. There could not be a better role model of a highly professional, skilled and caring nurse.
