Wendy demonstrates I CARE values on a daily basis and is a resource employee here in our pod. Wendy is willing to go above and beyond regular work expectations to fulfill our promise to our veterans. I have witnessed Wendy go with me to emergency responses when it is not her responsibility. Wendy is consistently managing our pod as EOC representative and did such a great job our managers have asked her to assist with the rest of the facility.
Wendy has stayed late multiple times with no complaint to assist veterans who may have come in late as walk-ins or complex patients who took more time than needed. Wendy does not complain and is a patient advocate. Wendy has developed positive relationships with her panel as well as other staff members. She is dedicated and makes a real difference each day with her positive attitude and empathetic heart. We here in our pod love Wendy and know when she arrives at work for the day that we will be able to take handle whatever walks in the door. Wendy wakes up each day and lives and breathes I CARE values and is an asset to our family here.
