Wendy is remarkable when it comes to patient care. I have had many situations in the past year that have required me to be in contact with the doctor's office on a very regular basis. I have required a lot of attention and have been a high-maintenance patient. When I call and need assistance and Wendy is the nurse that has been assigned to my case I am relieved because this woman has more empathy and compassion for her patients than anyone I have ever worked with. The kindness in her voice and the true sincerity in her wanting to help resolve an issue and get her patient to a comfortable state of living, far surmount that of any medical staff I have ever spoken with. Wendy has dedicated herself to her job, and it shows with every visit and every phone call. She simply deserves a genuine Thank you.

When a patient calls needing help, often times there is some anxiety that comes along with making the phone call, especially if the patient is uncomfortable and is asking for help, due to medical ailments. When Wendy answers the phone, all of that anxiety and anticipation is lifted, because of the calmness in her voice and the sympathy she relays, she helps one to feel so comfortable and the problem and discomfort they are going through actually does matter. She is always consistent. I can imagine, like everyone else, Wendy has bad days, but the variables in her life never change how she treats her patients. She is always kind, compassionate, thorough, and willing to listen.
