My first phone call with her was right after I was diagnosed, and amid all the chaos following my diagnosis ...to keep me informed as to all the things I would need to know....she was there for me as I tried on wig after wig (what a laugh riot) and basically Wendy just being there as a go-to person should I have questions, was an invaluable gift to me at a time when I had no idea where to turn with all my random questions. l know she went above and beyond her job requirements by always showing up after I had surgery, or had chemo ....she was a real sparkle to any day I saw her, Yay Wendy!
