Wendy in the ER was wonderful! Our 94-year-old mother was brought in with a broken right hip and in so much pain. Her BP was bottoming out and she was not able to receive pain meds due to her BP. Wendy was kind, compassionate, caring and very reassuring to us as a family. She also had a great deal of difficulty with getting a catheter inserted. Again, she gathered help, she was patient, efficient and kind, all while keeping our mother calm and cared for. She was very reassuring to us that our mother would be taken good care of when we had to leave. Wendy was extremely personable, excellent at her job, all while maintaining superb professionalism. Wendy acted as a wonderful nurse and caregiver, a true DAISY Nurse.
