I would truly desire to express my sincere gratitude and utmost appreciation for Whitney's complete professionalism and patience with my son. She was very attentive to his every need, also assuring me by answering questions and concerns I may have had as his mother. She even gave me information pertaining to his condition that I may have not otherwise asked.
My son was disorderly at times, I must admit, but Whitney's command of the situation was impeccable, and I truly applaud her professionalism. I thank your staff in general, but the super nurse was on her job Whitney.
Again, thanks to her and my faith I feel like my baby is in great hands. And again, I like to reiterate this remarkable young lady- her enthusiasm, love, compassion, empathy, kindness. She brought joy and happiness to us every time we saw her beautiful smiling face. I can never forget her for the thoughtful and kind moments.
