My stay at Sanford was short, but I had Whitney as my nurse on 5000 Floor. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! Her warm loving smile, good attitude, and compassion made my stay short and sweet! God has blessed us with doctors and nurses who truly care.

Not only did she answer all of my questions, but did so with personal stories for an incredible soothing effect. Going into this ordeal, I was very nervous. Whitney's kindness and empathy calmed and assured me at every step.
Another often overlooked skill she possesses is her listening ability. She let us speak and encouraged us to ask questions. She displayed skills on a par with someone with far more time in the field that instilled confidence in me that I was well taken care of.
