Whitney came to take amazing care of my grandmother. When I arrived in the room, I was immediately greeted and even comforted. A little backstory – my gran is independent and overall always smiling, talking, and loves to eat, but a day or so ago, she wasn’t acting or sounding like herself. So we came to the hospital, and that’s when we met this amazing nurse!

My Grandmom was non-responsive; in some ways, it hurt my heart, but Whitney kept reassuring my gran and me the whole time. After labs and lots of smiles, along with a ton of prayer, my Gran finally said “Hello,” and our nurse was right there! She was one-on-one, encouraging, explaining every test, and even listening. It was the sweetest, most sincere moment, and it checked all the boxes. Overall, it answered all the questions that many people ask – That is why our nurse was so special to my gran and me!

P.S. She even said "Whitney"! Thank you for all you do.
