Whitney Nash, PhD, APRN, FAANP, FAAN

Dr. Whitney Nash has been an essential leader and has gone far beyond her commitment to the University of Louisville. She has been instrumental during the COVID-19 vaccine initiatives in our Louisville community, setting up large scale drive-through vaccine clinics, organizing nurse and student volunteers, and particularly in helping those experiencing health disparities during this unprecedented pandemic. Her dedication to the university community and great Louisville, along with her willingness to sacrifice her time and health, are exemplary to the profession of Nursing and the DAISY Award.
