Whitney demonstrated old school nursing skills that have seemingly been lost. After two back-to-back surgeries, Whitney's compassion and art of touch helped me to recover and make it through my almost two-week stay which I expected to be just one night. She ministered to heal my body and my spirit. I will never forget her unbroken connection with me as she held my hand, looked me in the eye, and helped me through my very difficult hospital stay. My wife witnessed the strength and power of Whitney's calming effect as she placed her hand on my shoulder as she spoke to me. Whitney is a beacon in the night and a true credit to her profession!
