Whitney Pleasant is new to the role of Nurse Educator and is doing an awesome job. After working all day yesterday, she found out that we had two call-ins and agreed to stay last night until 10pm, then she came back at 6:30 this morning to follow-up diabetic education and gave the insulin on our three diabetics this morning. This was above and beyond the call of duty. Whitney is always happy and cheerful and willing to help. She is a wonderful role model for our unit.
