Wildi is my team nurse. She is a vibrant, upbeat, caring, dedicated, conscientious person. She goes out of the way to help not only patients, but also co-staff members. There are many instances where she calls specialty clinics and gets my patients their appointments and helps them leave our clinic very satisfied and happy. She is a team player and plays a cohesive role for patient care. I have a patient who has no address or phone number. He is an elderly vet and he usually comes by to the clinic whenever he has a problem. We cannot reach him otherwise. She has been instrumental in helping this vet each time he walks in, affords compassionate listening and then takes care of his needs. He knows that when he needs care, he can see Wildi and she will then take care of the rest. I cannot do without Wildi, she is truly exemplary.
