I have been a disabled Veteran since 1970, and during that time, I have had the pleasure of meeting several thousand VA health care providers. For the last several years, Wilhelmina has been the main person that I have had the pleasure of meeting. She is always positive, extremely polite, and above all, has treated me with the utmost dignity. Her outgoing personality and care reduce my anxiety when she is doing her job she does it with the most professional method available, she is one of the best health care professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting and being treated by. When I have had to be in the ER, she calls me personally to check up on me. She cares for the veterans in an extremely professional manner, which reduces the stress and anxiety of those she provides care for.
