Will is a critical player in the role of caregiver in the ED. He can often be seen going above and beyond for each of his patients. Will has taken on several projects in the ED as well, to make the environment better for the team. He recently has started taking on the role of Charge RN.
Recently, Will, had a parent write in about the exceptional care that Will provided for their child. They went on to say that Will not only approached them with a demeanor that made them feel comfortable but also with pride in his work giving them confidence in the care they were being provided.
They also mentioned how Will took time with them to educate them and review information related to their healthcare with them. They said Will was the most exceptional nurse they had ever experienced and gave them such great care they would only choose Medical Center South for their future healthcare needs.
