My mother was brought to your ER via EMS due to extreme shortness of breath and hypoxia. That’s where we met Will. There are no words to explain how grateful we are that he was there. I truly believe had he not been, mom would have ended up on a ventilator or possibly would not have made it. Will went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure mom was comfortable and was receiving every medical intervention he had available to treat her symptoms. He worked with her throughout his 12-hour shift before she was able to be admitted. The compassion, empathy, and knowledge he has is rare and remarkable. He provided for her every need in a timely and loving manner. He is a rare jewel with a true servant’s heart!
