Will has always proven to be an incredible bedside RN and team member. Since taking on positions away from the bedside, Will has consistently offered hands-on support to patients and nurses. Will has responded to staffing crises in the MS, ICU, and ED when called after hours and on weekends. Will consistently steps up to attend to patient needs. Will goes above and beyond when action is needed at Silverton. Will remains calm, thoughtful, and focused on our mission to provide excellent care to our community. Will addresses concerns raised by patients and staff. Will works to fine-tune processes and staff education.
