Bill is well-known throughout the hospital for his kindness, compassion, and energy. I had witnessed him help others and be a great team player not just within the ICU but throughout the hospital. When IV insertion seems impossible for patients. Bill goes above and beyond to help. On a night when we had two difficult IV insertion patients, he came without hesitancy.
