William "Bill" Morgan, RN

Bill works the 11-7 shift at the hospital. Often, this shift can be overlooked, but Bill makes that hard to occur. Bill is an excellent supervisor of his staff. He is encouraging, regularly nominates his staff for Kudos, and really exemplifies the teamwork approach to patient care. Bill takes pride in his job. He truly cares for his patients. He is recognized by the patients during Community Meeting for always taking time to listen to his patients and pass on information needed to the treatment team and day shift nurses. He is very reliable and consistent. He is clinically competent. Anytime medical incidents occur during the night shift, Bill does an excellent job handling the situation, documenting effectively, and ensuring the patient is cared for.
