William (Bill) Putren, RN

I entered the hospital with severe abdominal pain. Bill was with me every step of the way until I went to surgery. He went out of his way to make sure I understood my CAT scan results and what was happening to me. He closely monitored my pain levels and did all he could to give me relief. He also explained potential side effects. In addition to his obvious competency, he has a wonderfully dry sense of humor and this helped to calm me down in what was a very traumatic situation. His empathy was evident to me from the first moment I met him. MVH is lucky to have him and so are all his patients.
