William took care of my father during his stay on 5NW. He took such great care of my father and demonstrated such detail that anyone else would have thought he was caring for his own father. I am also a nurse. I recognized the excellent care William was providing to my father. He was so patient with him. He was caring and empathetic. All of the reasons I became a nurse were on display as I observed William caring for my father. He took the time to feed him, get him up and into a chair, and bathe him all without me or my family saying a word.
