William was very careful to protect my privacy at all times. He took the time to explain what medications were being given to me and why, as well as, thoroughly address my concerns, issues, and questions that I had. William displayed a high level of sensitivity towards me, which I totally appreciated. He communicated effectively with me and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. He made me feel valued as a patient here. I felt the presence of his devotion and commitment to nursing and I am grateful for it.
