I want to give a huge kudos to Bill in the ER Department. My daughter was there for several hours because of respiratory issues. Bill was so sweet to her and made her feel comfortable and safe. He really went above and beyond and made it even better when he gave my daughter a bear. I'm so thankful for these wonderful nurses for making a difficult night easier.
They just went above and beyond. It is always nerve-racking to take a baby to the ER because pediatrics isn't the specialty. Bill took the time to explain everything. He gave her a "High Five Promise" that there would be, "No owies". They did absolutely everything to make it a positive experience in a bad situation.
