All four of my patients along with eight other patients had discharge orders upon returning from lunch. Dan as usual with the wonderful positive attitude jumped in and assisted in discharging my patients. He then assisted the other nurses on the unit to discharge their patients. Dan is an awesome nurse. He is very professional and takes great care of his patients and coworkers. Dan showed how things can get accomplished in a timely manner with the team player spirit!
