He demonstrates advanced skill in communicating with patients and helping them to feel safe and cared for. He is respectful of his co-workers and performs under pressure.

He functions as a charge nurse on our acute care Inpatient Psychiatric unit. Our population of patients can be challenging at times. We are extremely lucky to have had Will come to our unit as a traveling nurse, and his absence will be noted by all staff and patients on the unit, as he is wicked kind and respectful to all he encounters.
