Dear Bill, Thank you so much for being our night nurse. As parents, it's hard to allow others to care for our children and your bedside manner was so professional and reassuring. I definitely liked how you listened to all of my concerns and brought the appropriate people in our room even in the middle of the night to answer my questions. It's definitely sucked to celebrate N's birthday in the hospital, but you made it special by being the first one in here at midnight to say happy birthday to her. Thank you so much for your patience, care, and communication efforts when dealing with our child. YOU ROCK!
