While all the care we received at Memorial was excellent, William LaPalme stands out for the care and support he provided to my Mom during her stay.
We felt he was an advocate with us in working through any and all issues that arose, going above and beyond our expectations – no, our hopes.
William worked diligently to assure she had the best care and attention possible. We truly felt that he cared about her as a person and us as a family which made a tremendous difference to us during a very scary time.
Later, when my Mom was on another floor post-surgery, he came to visit and encourage her. Amazing! And much appreciated!
My family and I would like to recognize and thank William LaPalme for the care and caring that he provided. William is the Nurse we all hope for and he is undoubtedly one of the reasons that Memorial Hospital is the premier health care provider in Colorado Springs.
