Billy did such a good job. He likes to keep the patient's room clean and orderly. He explained everything he was doing or if he was leaving the room for a bit, he made sure we had everything we needed. He even got my wife heated blankets because it was cold when we were there. My wife felt comfortable going home for the night because she knew Billy would take good care of me.
