Will was the admitting nurse the evening Mom arrived. He was very kind and caring. He made us feel that Mom was safe and well cared for. He positioned himself to monitor her through the night, so she did not risk a fall. What I appreciated most was the call from him in the morning to give us a report on her night. He was the only nurse to do that.
