Will deserves to be recognized for his compassion and professionalism. My 27-year-old son came in with, what turned out to be, a leaky valve. He had never had any issues before his illness. Will was there for my son and me when we had questions or needed anything. He was sweet, and kind and explained different things to us so that we could understand what was happening to my son. It is rare these days for staff that truly cares. Will Phillips is the epitome of caring and compassion. He never made us feel any way but cared for.
