My mother under went a total knee replacement, Will was our overnight nurse during the first night. I am not sure what we would have done without him. My Mom’s blood pressure was extremely low, low urine output, and she was confused. All through the night William was constantly checking on us and was very proactive in her care. Due to his compassion and knowledge, both my mom and I knew we were in skilled hands.

He was our guardian Angel that night!
