William "Bill" Siegman, MSN/ED, RN, nominators highlighted his deep commitment to his students through his innovative approaches to teaching, as he understands they are the future of the nursing profession. They further spoke to his consistent demonstration of care, compassion, and fairness towards his students. All nominators also emphasized his strong leadership within the undergraduate program. One faculty member shared how Mr. Siegman's leadership qualities were crucial during the COVID-19 pandemic: "When put to the test or challenged by difficult situations, that's when you see true leaders rise -and that is where you will find Bill Siegman...There is no one like him and I value him as a colleague and leader."
