William is an inspirational, compassionate nurse. He gives always his best work, he is an awesome nurse with patients and their families. He is a passionate person with his work and in everything that he does for the unit and for his co-workers. He is the best!

William comes into work every day to help everyone in the OR. He makes sure that all staff has what they need and always there to help when it is needed. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions and able to show you how things are supposed to work. He is the most unselfish person I know, he is respected by everyone in the OR and is extremely valued here at AVH.

William is a prime example of the excellent nurses here in surgery. His daily interactions with fellow nurses/staff and patients are a reflection of our mission and vision here at AVH. William works collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care and shows kindness and interest with everyone he comes in contact with. His number one goal is patient safety and satisfaction.

William goes above and beyond his role every day! He is professional, compassionate, and never hesitates to help fellow employees, no matter how busy he gets. He is everyone's "go-to" guy! All the evening shift RNs and ORTs love their job because we have the absolute best team leader. The OR is a high stress, high energy area, and without William, we would not be a successful unit!
